Factory Cleaner – Food Production Facility

Location: PR4 5HY, Preston
Salary: £12.21 per hour (Overtime available after 40 hours)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 9:00am – 9:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Cleaner to join a busy food production site in the PR4 area of Preston.

This role is essential to maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the facility. You’ll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, with opportunities for overtime and long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning down machinery and production equipment
Sweeping and mopping factory floors
Moving items to access and clean hard-to-reach areas
Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
Supporting general cleaning duties across the site

Requirements:

Previous experience as a factory or industrial cleaner preferred
Comfortable working in a food production environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
