The Best Connection Group are working with a well-known waste management company in the York area to recruit a Class 2 HIAB driver for a full-time, permanent position.

The role requires the driver/operator to drive multiple vehicles from 12t to 18t skip trucks (manual gearbox) and 32t hookloader tippers trucks (automatic gearbox), driving around the York area to various premises, depending on the job.

As this is a customer-facing role, the successful candidate must be prepared to be courteous and polite to our client’s customers.

• Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
• 07:30 - 16:30 each day
• Overtime and weekend available - as and when required
• Salaried, monthly pay

No DR or DD endorsements on licence will be accepted. CPC and digi card is required. Experience in a similar role is required as training will be limited. The candidate will be expected to step into the role in this busy working environment and get on with the job.
