• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support a positive team atmosphere
• Stay up to date with culinary trends and create seasonal menu items

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef or cook
• Strong leadership and time-management skills

• Ability to work some weekends

This role is located in between Worthing and Littlehampton and is accessible by public transport. 

Hours are 08:00 to 16:30 and Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 16:30 on a Sunday. You will not be expected to work every weekend but will be rota'd for some. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.
