Key Duties & Responsibilities

• As a General Assistant, you will support various operational departments including the kitchen, dish wash area, and bonded warehouse. Duties include:
• Preparing food trays and airline meal sets
• Conducting temperature and quality assurance checks
• Checking, sealing, and labelling flight trolleys and canisters
• Receiving, unpacking, and organising stock
• Cleaning and stripping returned airline equipment
• Assisting with general warehouse and catering logistics
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols
