The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced call handlers for our client in the Mansfield area!!
Working within a busy working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
- Escalating problems to other members of the team
- Data entry / use of computer software
- Utilising live chat to communicate with clients
- Liaising with internal departments
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Have a great knowledge of problem solving
- Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
- Excel at building rapport with customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication
- A proven track-record of strong punctuality and reliabilty
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Pay rate is £12.21 to begin with, however there is also the potential of a pay increase, following a successful probation period!!
