Our client, one of the Midlands’ most reputable renewable energy installers based in Kingsbury Link Tamworth, requires Call Centre Operative. Immediate starts. Possible permanent position following a successful trial period. Duties include handling confidential data. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally. Assisting customers in navigating products/services and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Striving to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. Back-office admin. No cold calling, dealing directly with customers and email queries.
The Package:
- Monday – Friday
- 8.00am - 5pm
- £11.44 per hour
- 40 hours week
