The Best Connection are recruiting a Chemical Blender Operator for our prestigious client near Bishop Auckland. This is a temporary ongoing position for the right candidate.

The role:

• Following a precise recipe for blending chemicals/materials
• Handling of various chemicals
• Monitor and control temperatures to ensure quality maintained
• Moving/lifting 25kg bags of raw materials
• Ensure blending equipment is kept clean and well-maintained

The candidate:

• Previous experience as a Chemical Blender Operator, or a similar role, is preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain accuracy
• Physically fit and able to lift/move 25kg bags
• Strong attention to detail - especially regarding temperature control

 Hours of work:

• 2 shift rotating pattern:
• Earlies (07.00am - 15.00pm Monday to Friday) & Lates (15:00pm - 23:00pm Monday to Thursday - Friday 15:00pm to 21:00pm)
• Or fixed Nights (23:00pm - 07:00am Sunday to Thursday)

Pay Rates:

• £13.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience
