The Best Connection Newport is looking for 2 Quality Inspectors/Leaders to join our team in the NP11 area. Each position is designated for one of the three shifts available. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality inspection, preferably within the automotive injection moulding industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards ✔️
• Lead and manage a shift team effectively
• Utilise Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication
• Maintain excellent communication with team members and supervisors ️
• Ensure a clean and organised inspection area

Minimum Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, ideally in automotive injection moulding
• Strong leadership skills ‍♂️ ‍♀️
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English ️

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in setting up firewall procedures
• Writing inspection standards
• Preparing reference samples
• User experience with SAP
