The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives for our client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace Industry!
This is a temporary to permanent role, for a growing interconnect business, where the opportunities to progress are endless!
Role & responsibilities:
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday, 0730 -1600 (30 min unpaid break daily)
- Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an early finish on a Friday
Pay rate:
- £12.78 per hour
- Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked
Previous experience required, or transferable skills to the role – training will be given in their own training school, however you must have the following attributes to bring to the role...
- Good attention, eye to detail & have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure / have a great attitude and work ethic
- Great level of English reading
- If you do not have exact experience within the assembly industry, intricate roles such as nail art, painting/drawing by numbers, building of model figures, computer/phone dismantling, sewing machine skills etc.
You will be required to attend your 1st interview in TBC Mansfield branch, where you shall complete a bespoke application form.
