We are currently recruiting for a Production/Assembly Operative to join a well-established company based in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous production or assembly experience to take on a hands-on role assembling large motor products.
Job Vacancy: Production/Assembly Operative – Penrith
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00

Contract Type:
- 6-month contract (trial basis with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling large motor products to specification
- Following technical instructions and assembly procedures
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Working efficiently as part of a production team
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is essential
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy setting
