Assemblers Wanted – Sutton Area

The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Assemblers to join a well-established company in the Sutton area.

? Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
Day shifts

? Pay Rate:

£11.44 per hour to start
Pay increases up to £17.16 per hour with overtime after 12 weeks

? Duties will include:

Assembling lights with wires on gear trays using handheld tools
Following diagrams to create lighting boards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in lighting assembly or similar
Good time management and attention to detail

28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, including statutory holidays)
Day shifts — no nights!
