The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking Aluminium Fabricators to work at our client based in Pinxton. Our client specialises in the fabrication and installation of high-quality aluminium products for the construction and architectural sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Measure, cut, and shape aluminium materials to precise specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery including saws, presses, and CNC equipment
• Assemble aluminium components and structures using appropriate techniques
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with other fabricators and production staff
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• A FLT Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours & Pay Rate:

• Monday to Thursday, 6:30am until 4:00pm
• Friday, 6:30am until 1:30pm
• Overtime is also available, paid at time and a half after 42.5 hours worked.
• Pay rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour - Dependant on experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Potential temp2perm opportunity
