We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Admin Support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our client daily administrative tasks.

The role is based on part time basis but potentially to extend to longer hours. The schedule will be Monday to Friday 20 hours - 4 hours a day offering some flexibility around the working schedule. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties.
  • Raise purchase orders efficiently.
  • Communication
  • Utilize SAP PE3 for various tasks (experience with SAP PE3 is highly beneficial).

Requirements:

  • Experience in using SAP PE3 is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in raising purchase orders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
