The Best Connection are currently seeking a Contract Administrator for our client based in Tonbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours within school times!
You will be fully trained from day 1, and guidance and support will be available at all times.
Start times/Shift pattern:
- Monday - Friday (No weekends)
- 09:00 - 15:00 (30 minute unpaid break)
- 27.5 hours per week paid
- Very flexible on start/finish times.
Pay Rate:
- £12.21 per hour
- 27.5 paid hours per week
Expected Duties:
- Data entry
- Processing payroll for both agency and full-time staff
- Using Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams regularly
- Supporting catch-up work after weekends or bank holidays
- Processing vehicle check sheets (Knowledge of vehicles is not required)
- Occasional travel to Tunbridge Wells (transport provided if needed)
