The Best Connection Employment group are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Administrators to support our client at their new site in MK42. This is a responsible and varied role and a great opportunity to join the team at this well respected international company.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.30hrs Pay: £12.51 per hour.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Administrator:
- General office Inter-departmental duties including answering inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails, systems maintenance, action customer requests.
- Filing, retrieving, maintaining delivery/consignment documentation and workshop/inter- departmental records.
- Ensure all documentation for customer orders is actioned and collated as required.
- Works as a key member of the team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the department and working collaboratively.
- Competent daily use of all IT office software packages such as Microsoft office and company CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and support warehouse management by providing support across the departments.
Requirements of the Warehouse Administrator:
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and/or industry.
- Computer literate, strong competencies with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to work on own initiative, strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Team player with a flexible can-do attitude to work.
