We are currently looking for an Invoice Query Administrator to start as soon as possible with our client.
⭐️ Your role will be to input customer invoice queries received by telephone ⭐️
📍 Location: Slough Trading Estate
💷 Pay rate: £11.28 per hour
📅Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
☑️Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
☑️Investigate queries
☑️Calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary
☑️Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries
☑️To assist outside of allocated locations as required.
☑️To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
KEY SKILLS:
✔️Good organisational skills
✔️ Highly self-motivated
✔️Good time keeping
✔️Good standard of written English
✔️ Good telephone communications
✔️ Team player with ability to remain focused on task
✔️ Ability to work under pressure
This role requires two year reference work history and also to apply for a CRB check.
PLEASE NOTE: Admin and customer service experience is essential with this role.
