Administrator required for our courier company based in Hounslow
Monday - Friday 6am-3pm pay is £11.05ph!!!!
Working with the transport team you will be supporting the day to day tasks with all transport operations:
Job Role:
- Co-ordinate the transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations
- Liaise with line management to ensure the effective use of hire vehicles / subcontractors minimising the cost impact to the business
- Ensure that all drivers are compliant with the working time directive regulations and that any accidents/incidents are investigated in a timely manner
Candidate requirements:
- Good administration experience
- Transport/logistics experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
