The Best Connection are recruiting for a prestige manufacturing company based in Chorley. We are looking for an experienced administrator. This role will include travelling to different sites which are 6 miles from each other

Key responsibilities:

Keeping records of, ordering & reordering day to day consumables used by the factory.
Administration of orders, despatch, goods received, invoices, PPE, health and safety records.
Raw material and PPE stock control and production reports.
Carrying out internal quality audits in line with ISO9001 and FPC's
Uploading Quality control photos.
Updating of training matrix and training records
Ad-hoc working between this and our other site near Preston.
General admin duties

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in ISO quality management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Previous administration experience.
A flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and use own initiative.
Plenty of team spirit and an enthusiastic attitude to work
Self discipline and the ability to multi-task.
 

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:30
