The Best Connection are currently seeking an Administrator for a reputable Manufacturing company based in the Team Valley area of Gateshead. This role is a permanent position with opportunities to develop within the business. 

The successful applicant will be working as part of our dedicated administration team. The role will encompass assisting in corresponding with our client base and the applicant must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers efficiently and effectively.
  • Processing and tracking orders.
  • Dealing with queries and complaints.
  • Due to location worker must have own transport.

Requirements of the Administration Assistant

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to targets.
  • PC literate.
