Administrative Assistant – Facilities Management
Location: Central London | Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join the fantastic team at one of the leading hospitality companies as an Administrative Assistant based in Central London. This friendly and welcoming workplace offers an hourly rate of £13 to £14, depending on your experience, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage schedules, organise meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring queries are resolved or directed appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support management.
  • Assist with procurement and maintain office supply levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support compliance and documentation processes in line with company standards.

 

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience within the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • IT proficiency and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Team player who is able to collaborate effectively and adapt to different working styles.
  • Must be able to commute to Central London daily.

This is full-time on-going position position, with a possibility of a permanent contract following a successful probation period.
