The Best Connection Walsall are recruiting for a reliable and flexible 7.5T Driver to work with a respected client in the transport and logistics sector.

Key Details:

• Induction: Starts at 9:00 AM on the first day.
• Training: Begins on the day shift at 3:00 AM.
• Flexibility: Occasional night shift cover may be required after training.

Job Description:

• Start time: 3:00 AM daily, 5 days per week (rota-based any 5 from 7).
• Duties include:
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • deliveries to Preston, Liverpool, Euston, or Holyhead.
• Daily vehicle checks must be completed before departure.
• Use of a tachograph is essential.

Requirements:

• Must pass a driving assessment (includes theory and practical test).
• Must be punctual, team-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
• Must meet for a pre-induction meeting before your first day.
• Training will be provided - but you must be eager to learn and adaptable.
