The Role:

The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Salesforce Administrator to work alongside other members of the Digital Strategy Team to define, test, configure and deploy Salesforce based solutions. We are offering this role as a 1 year fixed term contract.

The Digital Strategy Team is currently working with a variety of external partners to implement End-to-End Salesforce based solutions to transform The Best Connection a market leading recruitment company.

The Salesforce Administrator will be working throughout 2025 to assist with the testing, configuration and deployment of the new solutions using their Salesforce expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing all necessary administrative tasks such as managing users, modifying page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, and adding new fields
  • Optimising the performance of Salesforce products and systems
  • Configure, build, and test the Salesforce application as required
  • Working as part of the Solution Design team to finalise High Level Solutions
  • Work with team members to define system processes
  • Load data into the system
  • Assisting with system documentation and process documentation
  • Provide 2nd Line support to End Users

The Package:

  • Annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications

The Person:

Essential Criteria:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 1+ Years experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in the recruitment industry
  • Experience in a role providing software support to end users
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

Hours of Work:

Your working week will consist of 37.5 hours Monday - Friday with 1 hour’s lunch break each day.  The role will be office based at out Head Office in Bromsgrove with some opportunities for flexible working.
