We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, dedicated to recruiting the very best staff for the Care Sector.

Experienced Recruitment Consultant? 

Do you have experience recruiting within the Care Industry? You will understand the importance of establishing great, long-lasting relationships and tailoring every part of the recruitment journey to suit each individual care homes requirements! You will also understand how rewarding this role can be! 

We offer a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,500. Realistic first year earnings are between £28,000 and £31,500. 

No Recruitment Experience – no problem! 

If you’re looking to take your first step into recruitment few agencies will offer more support, training, or a personal mentor to support and guide you throughout your career. 

We’re keen to speak to candidates that have experience in the care sector who want to bring their knowledge and experience into a new setting. 

For Entry Level Recruitment Consultants, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £24,250 With first year on target earnings of up to £26,000 - £27,000 including commission.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Conducting face to face interviews with candidates to understand the type of work they are looking for 
  • Visiting care homes to build relationships with Home Managers and Care Home owners to understand their business and how recruitment needs to be tailored to suit the needs of their residents and service users 
  • Provide regular feedback to Carers to ensure high standards are maintained 
  • Monitoring and identifying safeguarding issues 
  • Running training sessions to further develop candidates and to ensure clients receive the best workers 
  • Monitoring candidate availability and matching to clients shift rotas 
  • Conducting right to work checks, reference checking and DBS checks to ensure candidates are legally compliant 
  • Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values. 
  • With support, working towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience.  

Hours of Work: 

  • Standard working hours are from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
