For Experienced Recruitment Consultants: 

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,500. 
  • First-Year Earnings: £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission). 

For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required): 

  • Starting Salary: £24,250. 
  • First-Year Earnings (On Target): Up to £27,000 (including commission). 
  • Salary After 12 Months: £26,000 (subject to a satisfactory review). 
  • Salary After 2 Years: £28,500 (subject to a satisfactory review). 

Support Provided: 

  • Personal mentor to guide you through your recruitment career. 
  • Extensive training and development to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Engagement: Visit new and existing clients at their premises to understand their recruitment needs. 
  • Candidate Selection: Identify, assess, and select suitable temporary workers that match client requirements. 
  • Service Delivery: Deliver a high-quality recruitment service in line with company values. 
  • Sales Targets: With full support, work towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience. 

Working Hours: 

  • Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour.
