Are you an organized and driven individual looking for a rewarding challenge? We’re seeking an experienced administrator to become an integral part of our fast-growing business!
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
Your Responsibilities:
  • Be the Face of Our Company: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Payroll Accuracy: Ensure payroll hours are processed with precision and punctuality.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our branch.
  • Deliver Quality Service: Uphold our company values by consistently providing high-quality services.

Working Hours:
  • Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
