We have an exciting new opportunity to work for our energetic, fast-growing business as a Recruitment Administrator, whether you’ve got previous administration experience or not. We are looking for experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets and great communication skills both over the telephone and face to face.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers both over the telephone, via email and face to face
  • Process payroll accurately and to company deadlines
  • Providing full administrative support to the branch
  • Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values

Hours of Work:

  • Working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Typical hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm.
