Production Operative

The Best Connection is currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Holme, Carnforth.

Based in the heart of the Lake District, our client has been designing and manufacturing innovative, high quality shower products for over 10 years.

Working Monday to Thursday 0600AM -1700PM
Fridays and weekends off!

Pay rates:

Production Operatives Pay £11.44

Overtime after 40hours (time and a half)

Duties include however may not be limited to:

• Working within the Production team assisting with manufacturing of Shower trays and shower screens.
• Will include heavy lifting as and when required to move products around the Production department and the Warehouse.
• Attention to detail is key, ensuring all products meet high company standards and not damaged- reporting any damaged products to a Supervisor.
• Packing orders ready for customers or storage within the Warehouse.
• Working within a fast paced environment, ensuring targets are met- working as a team and individually when required.
• Ideal candidates are to have their own transport due to no Public Transport in the area- Some Car sharing spaces are also available.

Experience:

• Previous experience within a similar Production role is beneficial however, not essential as training will be provided.
