**Role Overview:**
As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for working on a Injection Moulding line machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality control standards. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but if you have a keen interest in learning, we encourage you to apply!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Hourly checks on Injection Moulding machines
• Unloading machines efficiently and safely
• Perform machine minding duties to ensure continuous production flow
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines

**Shift Details:**

• Shift: **6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Hourly Rate:** £11.44 per hour
• Full-Time Role:** After successful completion of a 12-week probationary period
• Overtime Rate Available after completing 37.5 hours per week
