Night Hotel Porter

We are recruiting for a Night Host for our client a luxury coastal hotel in Newquay to start immediately.

This position within the Front of House Team is crucial to delivering exceptional hospitality to their guests and assist in maintaining a safe, secure and clean environment.

Some previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

Pay rate:

• £12.75 p/hour

Shift pattern:

• 4 on 4 off
• 7pm - 8am

Duties include:

• Support the Night Team to provide a swift and effective check-in process for late arrivals, and early check outs adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Fire safety duty

• Overnight security, to ensure the hotel site is secure

• Ensure all telephone calls as answered quickly and as efficiently as possible

• Deal with in-house guest requests

• Cleaning and tidying within the hotel
