Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised, highly motivated individual with administration experience. Your job will be to deliver the Quality and Compliance Administration service. You will need to be a strong communicator, well-organised individual and actively demonstrate attention to detail skills. Your ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative, show reliability, tact, flexibility, a willingness to learn, together with adaptability - are the skills and qualities that are vital to this role. Placing the patient experience at the centre of all that you do is equally vital.
Industry knowledge of distribution and logistics
Transport Planning / Operational background preferred
Knowledge of relevant legislation (drivers hours / Vehicle weights / dimensions etc. is desirable
Good Geography
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible attitude to working hours
Good communication & organisational skills
Team player
Ability to work under own initiative
Ability to be flexible within the role, Hours of work are 5 out of 7 off 0800 to 1730.
This role is currently under pay negotiations so will be increasing imminently.
