Care Assistant

Core Duties:

• Offer assistance and support to individuals who may be experiencing physical or mental disabilities, elderly individuals, or those in vulnerable situations.
• Aid clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving around.
• Uphold clients' independence and dignity while enhancing their overall wellbeing.
• Execute care plans developed by healthcare professionals, adhering to specific instructions for each client.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviours, and any changes in their condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversations and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to foster a welcoming and nurturing environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in care.
• Driving licence

Pay:

• £11.50 per hour
