The Best Connection have exciting new opportunities available in St Helens!
Due to an increase in work, our client, a leading supplier of advanced engineering materials and precision machined components are looking to recruit a CNC machine operative to work in their busy distribution centre.
The daily tasks will include:
- Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machine.
- Programming mills, flatbeds, saws etc.
- Carrying out machining of components.
- Checking and completing quality related paperwork and undertaking quality checks.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience with non-metallic materials
The working hours are 0700 - 1530 Monday to Friday.
An immediate start is available after successful interview, this is long term / ongoing work, and could well lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.
